The correct way to say it is "as long as my husband and I are here." Here's a good way to test it: delete my husband.  Would you say, "as long as I am here" or "as long as me is here?" Use a subject pronoun when it is the subject of the sentence, subject pronouns are; I, you, he, she it, we, you, they. Use an object pronoun; me, you, him, her, it, us, you, them, when it is the object of the sentence, usually preceded by a preposition, e.g. in, on, to, between, among, with, (there are 150 prepositions and these are the most common) however, if you would like to see all 150 of them, please click http://www.englishclub.com/grammar/prepositions-list.htm
