THE Letter From My Wife!
Dear Dr. Laura
I woke up this morning and was on my way out the door and I found a letter on the counter from my wife it said "MY Love" Here is what she wrote me...
"I never knew how truly lucky I was until I read those two books that you brought me home from Dr. Laura. (The Proper Care & Feeding of Husbands and The Proper Care & Feeding of Marriage) I thought that the husband should have to do all the things that the wife does, such as cleaning and laundry in order to be equal partners. I took you for granted thinking that you would always be around... even if I treated you like dirt. When you stuck I thought "What a Wimp" he doesn't even stand up for himself. I now know that if I would have kept treating you like dirt you would have eventually got tired of it. I have made a change. I now know that you can't read my mind. I know that I shouldn't hold out on sex so that I can feel like I am the one in control. I respect you so much for going to work everyday and allowing me to stay home with our daughter. You are truly the definition of a man. You are honest and loving. When I am with you I feel like the most beautiful woman in the world. You do more for your family than you do for yourself. I am more in love with you today than I have ever been. I am also very excited to see what the rest of our life is going to be like. I want to be the loving wife you deserve and I will try hard to always make you happy. Our daughter will grow up knowing what a real man is. She will always compare any man she is in a relationship with to you. That means she is going to have very high standards. So when you feel worn down and tired you can read this and know that when you come home from work you will have your daughter and wife waiting with open arms and big kisses. We love you!! I love you more than words can say.
Your Woman XOXO M.
Dr. Laura I am not rewriting this so that I can brag about myself. I am rewriting this because there are not enough words in this world to thank you for what you have done to my wife. So...Thank you.
K.
