Over the years of dating, I’ve compiled a list of the important traits a man should look for in a woman as a potential marriage partner:
1. One who is always happy to see you every day.
2. One you want to be around most all of the time.
3. One who shares defined values and beliefs.
4. One who makes communication with her effortless.
5. One who listens, believes you, and does not think less of you for your life’s bad/traumatic experiences that were outside of your control, or your life’s poor decisions (within reason, of course).
And the most important:
6. One who, when you look in her eyes and see yourself reflected there, makes you believe you’re a better man than you might imagine yourself to be.
