Like many people, I did not have the greatest parents. I feel lucky to have found you at such a young age, because you helped to guide me. You gave me the courage to stand up for what I believe, for what I needed, and what I knew was right.
I’ll never forget the day (I was about 16) when my step-mother told me that, because I was a child of divorced parents, statistically I was doomed to go through a divorce myself. We showed her!! I listened to you, read books, dated selectively, and I found the man of my dreams. We’ve been happily married for almost 21 years, and have raised two boys. You get a lot of credit with how I have navigated a lot of life. Thank you!
