I was in a loveless marriage for 35 years. He would always make sure that I knew I didn’t measure up to him. After our four children were grown and married, I knew it was time for me to leave. He made it difficult, but I got out.
I am 67 years young. When I was 65, a co-worker set me up with her father. After a while of dating, we got married. A few days after we married, I decided I wanted to do this right, since I had found myself a real man. I downloaded The Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands, got out the ironing board and began ironing all his shirts as I listened to your book. It was wonderful to know I was starting off on the right foot with this very manly man of mine. Because of you, I know how to care for him, and he graciously gives me what I need and more. He has a high libido and we make love almost daily. My ex-husband didn’t even sleep in the same bed most of my 35 years with him. My new husband wants nothing more than to see me happy. And I am.
