After 27 years of marriage to my one and only true love, I took the advice you gave to these callers and applied it to my relationship with my husband.
While my husband was at the kitchen sink, I gave him a surprise kiss on the neck. He immediately said “Wow, that was like old times, babe! When did we lose that?” He had a grin from ear to ear just from that simple kiss! So, thank you for reminding me just how precious my partner in life and in my marriage is. It’s easy to forget and take it all for granted, but it was hard to find him, so it was worth hearing the reminder that the little things like a surprise kiss or a hand squeeze keep it fresh. A successful marriage is one that is nurtured and appreciated with the little unexpected things that meant so much in the beginning.
