Iβve decided to try to compliment one person every day after hearing you talk on your show about how impactful that can be. Yesterday I was shopping and the girl checking me out seemed nervous. I noticed her hands were shaking. I told her I loved her nails and the nail color she chose. This seemed to put her at ease, and she thanked me. It also made ME feel good. Complimenting that clerk helped me feel happier throughout my day.
It's easy to get in a negative space and forget to speak nicely and positively. Thanks for the reminder to take a moment out of my day and say something kind to someone else.
