How Do I Deal With Church Members Criticizing My Pastor Husband?

Norma's husband has been a pastor for 30 years of their 32 year marriage. At 59, he is likely at his last congregation and there are older members of the church that are critical of him. The way they treat him makes Norma angry and upset and she's not sure how to handle it.
