Maria recently visited her dad and realized that he spends more time talking than listening to her. Her mother has passed on and he has a hard time making friends, so his conversations with Maria have gotten more intense. Though he didn't have a loving childhood, he has always been there for her and she wants to help him, but isn't sure how.
