My Brother Isn't Taking Good Care of Our Mother

Ann's mom is 85 and recently had surgery on her rotator cuff. Her mom lives 3 hours away with Ann's other brother and sister-in-law, but Ann would rather her mother spend the next 6-8 weeks of rehab living with her. She doesn't feel like her brother maintains things properly and has argued with him about it. Ann is on the road to go talk to her mother and calls to get Dr. Laura's advice.
