Happy #FlashbackFriday and happy #NationalFitnessDay! There are so many benefits to being fit, and I've nagged about โ€œmoving moreโ€ for a long time. I'm a naturally physical person so when I was asked to speak at an Austin women's expo in 2007, I walked the talk by sharing my (at the time) budding passion for yoga.
