Recently, I had a fun afternoon listening to some classic Roy Orbison tunes at home with my real-man husband and our three little boys. I was folding laundry and doing other chores, but sometimes sitting down to listen with them. The whole time I was overflowing with love for this little family and so deeply grateful for my relationship with my husband. I reflected on how far our marriage has come, thanks to your advice and my applying it to my life. Our life is sweet.
The Orbison song “You Got It” struck me as the quintessential example of how a real man thinks and feels. Then the song “Beautiful” brought me and my husband to tears with its perfect summary of how sweet life is and how thankful we are. I wanted to thank you for your role in that beautiful moment. You’ve helped me see life so clearly, and that plus my faith helps me to do the right thing every day. The results speak for themselves. Life just keeps getting sweeter!
