I’m 65 and am now retired. After realizing how much free time I have now, I decided to become more healthy. I bought a fitness tracker and have walked a minimum of 10,000 steps a day every day for the last year. I had my annual physical not long ago, and my doctor was happy!
I subscribe to SiriusXM because of you. Yes, I could listen to music, or comedy or even news on my walk, but what satisfies me most is listening to you. I will continue to do so as long as you’re on the air. I’m almost at my goal weight now, but that doesn’t mean I’ll hang up my walking shoes. I’ll still need you in my ear to help me maintain a healthy weight AND a healthy outlook on life!
