I have you to partly thank for helping me lose close to 60 pounds so far this year! I plug you in and take you on my hour and a half walk every day. You motivate me to be a more loving wife, a better mother and grandmother, and a better person in general.
Iβm 65 and am now retired. After realizing how much free time I have now, I decided to become more healthy. I bought a fitness tracker and have walked a minimum of 10,000 steps a day every day for the last year. I had my annual physical not long ago, and my doctor was happy!
I subscribe to SiriusXM because of you. Yes, I could listen to music, or comedy or even news on my walk, but what satisfies me most is listening to you. I will continue to do so as long as youβre on the air. Iβm almost at my goal weight now, but that doesnβt mean Iβll hang up my walking shoes. Iβll still need you in my ear to help me maintain a healthy weight AND a healthy outlook on life!
