Should I Invite A Recently Widowed Acquaintance To Come To A New Gym?

Liz met and became acquainted with a married couple at her old gym. The husband recently passed away and the wife is having a difficult time. Liz doesn't know the woman very well, but she thinks that it would be helpful to invite her to come with her to the new gym that she's been going to, but calls to ask Dr. Laura if it would be inappropriate.
