One year before my husband and I became empty nesters, I started thinking about new hobbies to pursue with my upcoming extra free time. I had never considered getting a dog until I saw a video of you and Bebe. I was impressed when I saw how well she obeyed, and most of all, when I saw how much fun you were having together! It inspired me to get a dog of my own.
I am now a proud owner of an adorable shih-tzu, who has brought a lot of fun and laughter into our home. We are in advanced obedience training school events, and we are working toward advanced therapy dog certification. My goal is to take her to nursing homes and school events.
I have learned so much from listening to your program. I never imagined when I first started that you would inspire me to get a dog, but I’m so glad you did. I had no idea that I could develop such a strong bond with my little buddy Dascha.
