How 'Real Men' are Treated in the World When I married my husband, he was in University getting his 5 year teaching degree (here in Canada) and was constantly told how the teaching profession was in dire need of males and what an asset he would be in any workplace. Marital Conflict Averted! I have been feeling very overwhelmed lately - overworked and over-taxed with no down time. Since I have taken on a 2-day per week job, my home responsibilities haven't changed at all. I'm not a mother, but I live in South Africa in a thatched (grass roof) house that creates a lot of daily work due to raining dirt little bugs, and gecko poop. More >>

Building Your Man's Confidence I have been married to a good man for a decade. He's a hard worker. He's a loving dad. He's a great lover, and an even better friend. But he and I were getting into the same fight every other month from the time our first child was born... More >>

Over Committed? When I was a youngster, I was a latch-key kid. This meant virtually no outside school activities, as I had no one to take me to and fro. I was very active within the school, however: band, choir, an after school sewing club, and on the yearbook staff... More >>
